Paratroopers

While I was doing my reading over the weekend, I do not think I would be a paratrooper. I would not because you have to be very brave and have a lot of courage. I mean you are jumping out of a plane and while the plane is getting shot at, and they do not stop so you are jumping into a bunch of bullets. Also while you land it is very hard to know if you are going to make it to the bottom alive. You could land wrong, get shot, or captured. Once you land safe you are now in the enemy's spot, that is a place I would not want to be at all. I thought the reading was very good I liked it a lot. and lastly the clip we watched today in class was very good and went along with the reading it was a very good visual to the reading.

Holocaust Museum!!!

My thoughts on the museum were that it was fun. But I felt very rushed and I think I could have learned a lot more if I was to do it at my own pace. My tour guide was good but she told some stories that I didn't feel like they were on the topics of the Holocaust. Also we were in front of another group and to me i felt like my tour guide didn't want them to get in front of us, so she talked faster and pushed faster. Also the train cart was very fast I got the feeling of the people but it was extremely fast. To me I think I would have gotten so much more and learned even more about the Holocaust if I got the chance to go on my own, read stuff on my own, or if we had more time. I really liked my group tho it was still a lot of fun, just the museum wasn't the best.

How was World War 1 a "global war"?

It was to take over a lot of the world, world wide domination. The war was spend out in parts of Africa, South America, China, and Japan. Germans wanted to take over a lot of land and make it their own, so I would say that World War 1 would be a "global war."

2nd Question

I think that a world war can be created by nuclear weapons, if another country has them and the others are scared of them they can all attack that country to save themselves. i think that today a world war could be created by all the commotion of the economy and how bad it has become and all the other countries in need that need our help and we cant help them.
